My son has been in the army basic training for 3 weeks and been collasping. The army doctors there dont know whats wrong and id discharging him. If he finds out what is wrong , he can re sign up in 6 mo and I want to know if he can still get medical insurance through the army like at a VA

I really want to Join the Air Force I have a semester left of high school And I’m going to take the ASVAB on Feb. 6. I heard that your family get medical insurance, but what do they mean my family? Wives and children? Or can your parents and sibling get it too?

Does the medical insurance cover it for them, or just me. When they mean it covers your family, do they mean your wife/kids, because I will be unmarried while serving for the Navy.

I’m joining the Air Force in the spring (I’m DEP) and I was wondering when I get stationed, how does one go about getting around base? I wasn’t planning on keeping my car. Do they have like buses or what?

Also does the medical insurance cover orthodontics?

I am pregnant, and my husband only has two more weeks in the military so we will soon be out of medical insurance. I know Cobra is set up for corporate employees… is there anything set up for ex-military or do we have to find a company like BCBS to give us personal medical insurance?
